Hyper-focus recruitment and technology efforts to solve critical shortages in hard-to-fill roles — customer service, quaternary care services, imaging and surgical services.

Improve first-year retention by ensuring mission-driven hiring, robust leadership training and a first-year experience focused on purposeful onboarding and culture education with the aim of increasing a sense of belonging and intent-to-stay in first-year hires.

Build an environment for the new age of work and respond to multigenerational workforce expectations by expanding whole-health support and benefits, employee flexibility and empowerment in work arrangements, and technology optimization.

Expand training and mentoring programs for clinical care providers, technical fields and customer service roles. Strategies will include building pipelines for clinical providers through expanded residency partnerships and fellowships, financial support and time allocation for education and certification programs, and external partnerships and pipeline programs.
