Our board-certified, fellowship-trained urologists understand that urologic disorders can be challenging both physically and emotionally. We offer comprehensive support that begins at the first evaluation and continues past recovery.
Our urologists offer families expertise in noninvasive testing and minimally invasive surgery. They also have special training in a wide range of disorders including hypospadias, dysfunctional voiding and ambiguous genitalia.
Our specialists spend time with each patient, listening carefully to their concerns and creating a plan with the family's input. This patient-focused environment leads to a better outcome for every child.

If you're visiting the Urology Clinic, you may have been referred by your child's primary pediatrician. We will have background on your child, but will appreciate any context you can provide.

- It will be helpful to complete our standard medical history forms.
- MyChart Registration - You should have been directed to sign up for MyChart when scheduling your appointment. - If you did not receive this instruction or are having trouble logging in, please get in touch with MyChart Support at 501-364-1101.
- Medical history & screenings - Once your MyChart account is activated or access is restored, you will receive a link to:
- Enter your child’s medical history
- Complete any assigned screenings
- If you cannot access MyChart, please review and be prepared to answer the questions found in the standard medical history forms during your appointment.
- What to bring to the appointment
- A list of your child’s current medications, including:
- Medication name
- Dosage
- Frequency
- Insurance card
- Photo ID
- Any required co-pay

Your Visit to the Urology Clinic
We understand that seeking treatment for a urological disorder can be stressful. Our Urology team provides families with every resource possible to make their treatment easier. Here's what you can expect.
If you're visiting the Urology Clinic, you may have been referred by your child's primary pediatrician. We will have background on your child, but will appreciate any context you can provide.
Pre-Visit
- It will be helpful to complete our standard medical history forms.
- MyChart Registration - You should have been directed to sign up for MyChart when scheduling your appointment. - If you did not receive this instruction or are having trouble logging in, please get in touch with MyChart Support at 501-364-1101.
- Medical history & screenings - Once your MyChart account is activated or access is restored, you will receive a link to:
- Enter your child’s medical history
- Complete any assigned screenings
- If you cannot access MyChart, please review and be prepared to answer the questions found in the standard medical history forms during your appointment.
- What to bring to the appointment
- A list of your child’s current medications, including:
- Medication name
- Dosage
- Frequency
- Insurance card
- Photo ID
- Any required co-pay

- Medical Records - IMPORTANT: Ask your child’s primary care physician to fax any relevant medical records, including test results related to the reason for your child’s visit to Urology.

- The Urology Clinic is located inside the Main Hospital.
- Take the Orange glass elevators to the 3rd floor.
- When you exit the elevator, turn right and proceed to the Urology Clinic waiting room.
During the Visit
- Arrival Check-In
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Check in at the Welcome touch screen located in the clinic waiting room.
- Clinical Intake
- A nurse or technician will escort you and your child to an exam room.
- Your child's weight, height and blood pressure will be taken.
- Your child may be asked to provide a urine sample in a private bathroom, with your assistance if needed.
- Provider Visit
- A Urology provider will:
- Review your child's family health history
- Perform a gentle, non-invasive physical exam, including the abdomen, pelvis and genitals

- Our urology team is available for non-urgent questions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (excluding holidays).

- Your call will be transferred to our after-hours Kids Care triage nurse, who can address urgent concerns and contact the provider, if needed.
