The American Nurses Credentialing Center's Magnet Recognition Program is the most prestigious distinction a healthcare organization can receive for nursing excellence and quality patient outcomes. Magnet hospitals have lower death rates, shorter lengths of stay, higher patient satisfaction and better patient outcomes. Nurses at Magnet hospitals also report greater job satisfaction.
