Paul H Phillips, M.D. is a Professor that specializes in pediatric ophthalmology, strabismus and neuro-ophthalmology.  He sees children and adult patients at Arkansas Children's Hospital Eye Clinic.  He is also the Residency Program Director for the Department of Ophthalmology in the UAMS College of Medicine.

Dr. Phillips, a native of New York, graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Medical School (SUNY).  He completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida Eye Center in Gainesville.  Dr. Phillips was in private practice in Connecticut for two years before completing two fellowships - the first in neuro-ophthalmology at Emory University Eye Center in Atlanta, Georgia and the second in pediatric ophthalmology at the Wilmer Institute, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.

An active researcher and educator, Dr. Phillips has published in 54 ophthalmology journals and he has presented at numerous international, national and regional meetings.
