Dr. Konrad Rajab's studies include congenital heart disease, cardiothoracic surgery, and transplantation. His laboratory is interested in the transplant biology of partial heart transplantation, a new operation that delivers growing heart valve implants for children. His work led to the world's first clinically successful growing heart valve implant.
