Meet Our Pediatricians

Yes, we offer both in-person and video (virtual) sick visits.  

Our on-demand video visits are open to children up to age 21, whether you’re an Arkansas Children’s patient or visiting us for the first time. Connect with a provider daily from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m., right from home. 

Existing Arkansas Children’s Pediatrics (primary care) patients can schedule video and in-person sick visits through our appointment hub or by logging in to your MyChart account.

Our on-demand video visits (sick visits only) are open to children up to age 21, whether you’re an Arkansas Children’s patient or visiting us for the first time. Connect with a provider daily from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m., right from home. 

For sick kids in central Arkansas who need care after hours, visit the ACH After-Hours Clinic.

No referral is needed for care provided through Arkansas Children’s Pediatrics.

Arkansas Children’s is contracted with several plans. Insurance plans vary, therefore our list may change periodically. We recommend that you contact your insurance company for any restrictions, referral or precertification requirements. For referral information, call 1-800-831-0538.

Arkansas Children's Certified Application Counselors can help assist families with insurance needs. Arkansas Children's Hospital is an approved Certified Application Organization for the Health Insurance Marketplace with licensed counselors available to assist families with insurance needs. These counselors are licensed by the Arkansas Insurance Department as Certified Application Counselors (CAC). To contact an English or Spanish-speaking counselor, call 501-364-1230.
