As a new graduate nurse, we offer a variety of opportunities to learn and grow. As an experienced nurse looking to grow professionally or continue your education, our hospital offers a number of opportunities in nursing education, leadership, or clinical positions.

Arkansas Children's has a RN Residency to offer a nursing residency and fellowship program to our new graduate Registered Nurses. This formalized residency program will greatly benefit its participants, the hospital and the patients, especially in the hospital's ongoing commitment toward quality and safety grounded in evidence-based practice.
