The Burn Unit at Arkansas Children’s is the only burn specialty center in Arkansas, treating adult and pediatric burn injuries.
Located on the second floor of Arkansas Children's, the 16-bed critical care and step-down unit are equipped to provide exemplary care to both adult and pediatric burn patients. Two private rooms and seven semi-private rooms are available and all rooms can support ventilated patients. Visitors may wait in the small waiting room located off the unit. We also offer a larger family waiting and sleeping area on the same floor.
