Kidney Stone Clinic

Passing a kidney stone is a medical crisis that most people care never to repeat. At Arkansas Children's, we have a multidisciplinary team that is committed to helping families achieve this goal. Our Kidney Stone Clinic team offers coordinated care for patients that have been diagnosed with kidney stones.

Our stone clinic is staffed by providers from the Division of Urology and Nephrology. Our Urology team specializes in clinical and surgical management of the urinary tract. They are experts in interpreting imaging studies and in removing kidney stones. Our Nephrology team specialize in the management of kidney related disorders and are experts in determining the possible causes of kidney stones.

We, also, have a dedicated dietician on our team that can give specific and individualized dietary counseling for management of kidney stones.
