Urology Nephrology Clinic

The Uro-Neph Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic for children with complex kidney and urinary tract conditions.  Specialists from urology and nephrology collaborate in one location to provide high-quality care and save patients and families additional trips for multiple appointments.  We serve children with a variety of conditions such as posterior urethral valves (PUV), Hinman syndrome, cloacal anomaly and reflux nephropathy. 

To better serve both Urology and Nephrology patients-and in collaboration with Radiology-we now offer ultrasound services directly within the Urology clinic. Since launching this initiative in May 2023, we have successfully completed more than 2,000 ultrasounds. This integrated approach enhances patient convenience, streamlines care coordination, and supports timely clinical decision-making.

In July 2025, the Pediatric Center for Kidney and Urinary Tract Disorders was launched-becoming only the second center of its kind in the United States dedicated to the care of children with kidney and urologic conditions. The center is grounded in a commitment to advancing patient care and championing clinical excellence. It aims to improve outcomes, introduce state-of-the-art testing and treatments, and strengthen the continuum of care by delivering the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
